The Attorney General has asked the Law Reform Commission to review the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). The terms of reference set out the scope of the review.
The due date for preliminary submissions was 29 September 2023. Thank you to everyone who made a submission. We are currently reviewing these submissions and expect to release a consultation paper in the coming months.
