Consultation papers

Consultation papers were introduced in 2007. Together with Question papers they are used as a basis for consultation on references.

The Law Reform Commission publications listed on this site are part of a collection dating back to 1966. Each publication deals with the law at the time it was first published and may not necessarily represent the current law. For advice concerning the current law please consult your legal practitioner.

Please consult the Completed Projects for a list of all of the Commission's projects.
